Today the menace for the countries of the region is not the military force from an adjacent neighbor or any foreign potency with intentions of invasion. The enemy of the present is the terrorist, the drugs dealer, the weapons dealer, the human smuggler, the sicario, the man who commits money laundering, etc. These behaviors, according to statistics and social realities, have a very close bond with the immigration of the countries and the active immigration policies in each one of them.
